Grateful

I am so grateful for the sunrises in Delray Beach. Almost every morning I walk down by the beach for about 5 miles with a cohort of regulars that greet each other with every new miraculous day. Every day is so different and beautiful- and the COLORS!

So much of my early glass designs were abstract versions of the ocean and sunrise. Blues, greens, reds, oranges and yellows are still some of my favorite colors to use in designs. Unfortunately, pink shades- especially hot pinks are very hard to do in glass. Various reasons have been explained to me, but it is frustrating since I do love pink.

Luckily you can find so many shades of my other favorite colors in glass and with each new sunrise I am inspired anew!
